December 2008: Artgroup
An exhibition of paintings, drawings and sculptures that will make you smile. Created by children who attend classes at 'The Artgroup' taught by Mia Fernandes RCA at Lewisham Arthouse.
November 2008: City, Land and Fantasy by Stephen Powlesland
Bold paintings of cityscapes and gardens - a retrospective of work created since 2006 together with recent work.
October 2008: The Black History Show
Group show featuring Marie Smith, The Little Artists, Gretta Sarfaty Marchant and Harry Pye.
Cedar Lewisohn, curator of Tate Modern' Urban Art show will write a text for the show.
The proposed exhibition is to do a positive black history show that makes people smile and feel good about the future. The works are all inspired by black people who are alive and still making history.
September 2008: “infrequently asked questions”
'infrequently asked questions' is a collaboration between Tom Elkins and Andrew Dehany.
By combining photography, words, and design, the works encourage the viewer to consider a number of questions; sometimes challenging, at other times whimsical, but all designed to engage the viewer.

Children's Book Illustration:
28th June - 6th July
An exhibition of students' work from the 'Children's Book Illustration' course at Granville Park, Community Education Lewisham. This exhibition will consist of original illustrations in watercolour, pen and ink and collage and feature 'dummy' books. Most of the work illustrates original texts and some are based on traditional texts.

Sedgehill School:
7th July -14th July
Sedgehill summer show is a celebration of the impressive achievement of the school's Year 11 graduates. The artwork on display is comprised of students' explorations of theme based projects and represents the cultural diversity and experiences of the population of the school. Their work is created from a range of media and illustrates the talents the school is nurturing.
